Priority First Federal
Credit Union is owned by its members and run by a board of directors
you elect. You can be confident that your financial privacy is a
top priority of this credit union. We are required by law to give
you this privacy notice to explain how we collect, use and safeguard
both member and non-member personal financial information. If you

providing you with competitive products and services to meet your
financial needs, which necessitates that we share information about
you to complete your transactions and to provide you with certain
financial opportunities. In order to do so, we have entered into
agreements with other companies that provide either services to us
or additional financial products for you to consider.

arrangements, we may disclose all of the information we collect, as
described below, to companies that perform marketing or other
services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom
we have joint marketing agreements. To protect our members'
privacy, we only work with companies that agree to maintain strong
confidentiality protections and limit the use of information we

About Procedures for Opening a New Account |

To help the government fight the
funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law
requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record
information that identifies each person who opens an account.
What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask you
for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that
will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's
license or other identifying documents. |

services offered through the Credit Union’s website are not designed
for or directed toward children under age 13. We do not knowingly
solicit or collect date from children, and we do not knowingly
market to children online without express parental consent or
notification. If we receive online information from anyone that we
know to be a child, we will only use the information to respond
directly to a child’s request.
We recognize that
protecting children’s identities and online privacy is important and
that responsibility rests with us and with parents. If any member
believes their child has provided personally identifiable
information to us, they must contact us so that we can allow you the
opportunity to review and delete such information. |

Visitors to Priority First FCU’s web
site will remain anonymous. We do not collect personal identifying
information about visitors to our site. Our servers collect
standard non-identifying information about visits to our site, such
